As always, excellent food, delivered quickly, piping hot and great value for money.

nothing more to be said, why go anywhere else.

I have tried dozens of places for a good Indian take out over the years, but I have to say you need go no further. Hemalaya is the best place in the Stratford, the food it top quality, great value for money and is delivered piping hot and quick.

Always a good service and meal

Quick service, nice food.

The vegetable Korma has x4 boiled potatoes and some peas in. Not very substantial.

Food was bland - nothing like we were expecting. Might try again at some point in the future.

Had expected more quantity of rice tho, else it was gr8 !!

Takeaway and in the restaurant, the food nd service are always fantastic, and very good value!

A very disappointing takeaway. Although the main dish (butter chicken) was fine, the mushroom rice was tasteless and lacked bite. The two vegetable side dishes (aloo gobi and brinjal bhaji) were both very bland, uninspiring and lacking in spice. But what really made a bad meal worse was the plain nan, which was char-grilled black and was not edible. When we rang to report this we did not get an apology. They did offer to deliver a new nan which arrived 20 minutes after we finished our dinner and after we had called again. We have ordered from the Hemalaya twice before and had enjoyed the meal giving 5 stars on once occasion, but this was not a good day in the kitchen. Consequently we will not be ordering from here again.

Delivery fast, food very tasty, however there wasn't enough meat in the curry.

A change from for couple of curry houses I usually use - really enjoyed the meal - will definitely be using the Hemalaya next time I fancy a curry..

I have been visiting and also getting 'takeaway' from Hemalaya for the past 9 years I have lived in Stratford E15 and I have never been disappointed.
All the friends and family I have introduced to Hemalya spontaneously say how great the food and service is. This is why we keep going back!
[This is the first time I have used Hungry House to order and I experienced no problems].

I think i would have to travel to India, to experience the same perfected taste, level of service, i dont mind paying a little extra for great food and that is saying something. I have eaten Indian food in lots and lots of different restaurants, but Hemalaya is now top of my list.
