I love hi sushi and the food was good - but my advice: don't order tempura delivery. It goes soggy. In my view the restaurant shouldn't offer it unless they can provide the same great food when delivered as in the restaurant. Disappointing - and expensive! it also took a surprisingly long time to deliver fever how close we are to the restaurant.it was withinh the set parameters but only just.

Their diver's car broke down, they already report it to me and I accept that, the food only 10 minutes late , but tempura bite cold, I will try order again...

Received the food 1h30 after it was ordered. The chicken Teryaki was completely cold which meant that it has sat in the delivery driver's car for a long while and the driver made numerous deliveries before delivering our food. The sushi on the otherhand was warm!

The food is normally good but if Hi Sushi really want to claim to have a delivery service they should have the capacity to deliver the food on time. Poor value for money overall

Chicken was cold and a little dry... Over all it was yummy though.

I was quite frustrated with Hi Sushi for this order for a number of reasons. The food that I order arrived after about an hour and forty minutes though to be fair they did phone in to say that they were very busy so to expect a very long delay. However when the food arrived one of the dishes that I ordered wasn’t there. Insted another dish that I order was brough x2.
I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to some sashimi after a very long day. I did phone in nevertheless and they refunded the money for the dish that I did not receive. It is a shame as the food was good however I would think about it twice before ordering from them again due to all the hassle.

The food is amazing especially the agedashi tofu and Nasu Dengaku but their prices keep climbing up and it's very expensive.

The presentation was cheap compared to other sushi places I have tried. The food was very disappointing. Bland and tasteless - the prawns on the sushi were chewy!! The tempura andrice was over salted and just all tasted tired and stale. As it was a joint birthday treat for myself and my daughter we were really upset and absolutely will not go there again - in fact will make sure we let everyone know not to go there! Took longer than quoted too!!

I tried a selection of sushi and sashimi and I have to say the quality was good. It wasn't as good as what you would expect in a restaurant - something which could be easily attainable given it is cold anyway, and easily transportable.

However, most of the dishes were very tasty and carefully and freshly prepared. There were a few missteps with slightly tough fish but overall it was a good quality.

My only real qualm is that is a little on the expensive side, even for sushi - and makes it difficult to justify not getting in the car and going in search of sushi oneself.

the sushi was a little warm and being that it's raw fish I would have preferred it cold. The can of lemonade was also warm

First, the "gentleman" in charge of the delivery was quite rude on his approach to us as our house has no number but we had given details to find us, no other delivery had any issues in the past to find us.

After recovering from this, we were very unhappy to find the food to be so cold then... :(

The salmon was good, the fried rice not as much, the chicken and simple had a better success...

It really made it that we can objectively rate this restaurant fairly, maybe if one was to eat on location it could have been a much better experience...

The food is always just as great as going to the restaurant. The meal came within half an hour of ordering.
The chicken teriyaki was came crispy with the sauce in a seperate container.
The porky gyoza was lovely. One of the salmon avocado pieces had no salmon or avocado but the meal was lovely and highly recommend the food.

Great Food, the Nigiri was fresh, the Tempura crisp, crunchy & light and the Teriyaki Chicken lovely. By far one of the best Sushi meals I've ever had.
The range of food on the menu was excellent and even though my husband doesn't appreciate fresh Sushi like me he would have no problem finding a cooked and more spicy alternative on the menu.
The delivery was quick a little over 30mins & for a Saturday night that really was fantastic, especially as I was so hungry.
Will definitely order again from this restaurant.
