I was quite frustrated with Hi Sushi for this order for a number of reasons. The food that I order arrived after about an hour and forty minutes though to be fair they did phone in to say that they were very busy so to expect a very long delay. However when the food arrived one of the dishes that I ordered wasn’t there. Insted another dish that I order was brough x2.
I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to some sashimi after a very long day. I did phone in nevertheless and they refunded the money for the dish that I did not receive. It is a shame as the food was good however I would think about it twice before ordering from them again due to all the hassle. Sophia, N12

The food is amazing especially the agedashi tofu and Nasu Dengaku but their prices keep climbing up and it's very expensive.

The presentation was cheap compared to other sushi places I have tried. The food was very disappointing. Bland and tasteless - the prawns on the sushi were chewy!! The tempura andrice was over salted and just all tasted tired and stale. As it was a joint birthday treat for myself and my daughter we were really upset and absolutely will not go there again - in fact will make sure we let everyone know not to go there! Took longer than quoted too!!

I tried a selection of sushi and sashimi and I have to say the quality was good. It wasn't as good as what you would expect in a restaurant - something which could be easily attainable given it is cold anyway, and easily transportable.
However, most of the dishes were very tasty and carefully and freshly prepared. There were a few missteps with slightly tough fish but overall it was a good quality. My only real qualm is that is a little on the expensive side, even for sushi - and makes it difficult to justify not getting in the car and going in search of sushi oneself. Peter, N12

the sushi was a little warm and being that it's raw fish I would have preferred it cold. The can of lemonade was also warm

First, the "gentleman" in charge of the delivery was quite rude on his approach to us as our house has no number but we had given details to find us, no other delivery had any issues in the past to find us.
After recovering from this, we were very unhappy to find the food to be so cold then... :( The salmon was good, the fried rice not as much, the chicken and simple had a better success... It really made it that we can objectively rate this restaurant fairly, maybe if one was to eat on location it could have been a much better experience... David, N3
