They forgot to deliver one of the dishes we ordered (katsu don). We phoned the restaurant and they said to call the delivery centre. The delivery centre said they would have phoned the restaurant and called back. They did call back and the restaurant said that everything was delivered. WHAT?????? Where is my katsu don then???????
They said they would offered a discount next time, but I am still hungry now and with 7.5 pounds less in my pocket. M, N20

Whilst the food is execptional, the cost isn't. Having eaten in their restuarants on a number of occasions, my expectations of Hi Sushi were high. I ordered £52 worth of food to feed 4 people, knowing that their 'all you can eat' offer in house is exeptional. The amount of food delivered wasn't enough to cover all 4 of us and left us all feeling unsatisfied.
They continue to produce excellent food, but be prepared to spend up to £25 per person to ensure you have enough food. James, N3

Some of the food was a little cold when it arrived and some of the tempura had gone a bit soggy. Still an enjoyable meal though.

Delivery was 15 mins late, but worth the wait! Best sushi and sashimi I've had in London and even better because it was delivered to my door!

The food is always lovley and excellent when you eat in. Take away food when delivered is often a bit on the cold side when it arrives, but still tastes great!
