The food arrived quickly and was piping hot. This is particularly impressive as we only got around to putting our order in quite late at night and we live a couple of miles from the restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent and the driver was very polite.

Food arrived within specified time and was still hot/cold as appropriate. The quality of the food was excellent and everything tasted really fresh - like it had come out of the kitchen. We live a couple of miles from the restaurant so this is particularly impressive. Strongly recommend!

We can rely on Hi sushi to deliver our favourite selection in good time - 30 minutes last night!
Our usual order satisfies us with the perfect mix of sweet and sticky from the teriyaki bin ton and succulent savoury with the vegetable tempura. The ideal accompaniment is the fresh cucumber roll together with a side of warm edamame - a perfect feast for a family saturday night in. Laraine, NW11

Order was delivered very quickly and the food was nice as always. My only gripe is the price of their sushi, it could be a little cheaper. Highly recommend though.

The food was excellent as always. That is, WHEN it arrived. We received a call from the restaurant shortly after placing our order. They informed us that they were out of the salmon-cream cheese rolls that we wanted. So we opted for the exotic california instead. 10 minutes later, they called us back to let us know that they were out of tobiko and so could only make us plain californias, so we said fine. The order took over a full hour after that last call to arrive. The final order was about £10 cheaper than the original one, and I am still waiting to see if the charge on my debit card will change to the correct amount (it still shows the original amount). But fingers crossed this will be sorted out painlessly.
As I said, the food was amazing as always. However, added to the fact that we are regular customers, the service was pretty poor. The least we would expect is some complimentary item or a coupon or something to make up for the inconvenience. Konstantinos, NW4
