Hi Karim, Sorry to hear that there was a delay receiving your order from Hiccups. I have asked our account management team to get in touch with the manager. They will try to ensure that any issues with recording delivery locations accurately are ironed out. We never like to see a customer kept waiting longer than expected, but especially not to see the neighbours disrupted at that time in the morning. As an apology hungryhouse would like to offer you some vouchers to use toward a replacement meal. I have emailed these over to you, and hopefully they will make up for the delay you experienced.
