We've ordered from Himalaya for a while, but last night's takeaway excelled itself. Think that they've changed the Muttar Paneer recipe to make it a touch creamier, and it was fantastic. Got to recommend fish curry, dhal and lemon rice too. Lots of classic dishes that will be what you expect when you order. Cheaper and larger portions than other places too, but still great quality.

One dish had exploded in the bag, and was spread over the bottom of the bag, as well as the popadum(s?) in tiny pieces. I had made a request in the notes, which was disregarded. And a dish that was described as chicken on the menu (daal masu) arrived as lamb, which I don't eat. Delivery was quick and the food was hot and otherwise tasty however.

my experiences of local indian takeaway/delivery services (Balham/Clapham) over the last couple of years since moving down here have been pretty uniformly awful, so much so I had basically given up.
however, I was tired and cold and miserable last night could not face a trip to shops or cooking and gave this place a try on the off-chance . it was surprisingly good, the speciality nepalese chicken chollia did actually taste different to anything I had tried before . their dhal makni could have been more buttery/creamy but it was at least on the menu and the spinach was fresh and tasty. you could do a lot worse on a cold sunday evening Philip, SW12

Great tasting food as always - love these guys. The portions aren't quite as big as other Indian Takeaways, but the quality of the ingredients and the rich taste makes up for it.

it was tasty, but the lamb on the bone dish wasn't lamb on the bone (2nd time I've ordered it and it's not been on the bone both times). And the salad that I paid £2 for was tiny diced bits of cucumber, onion and tomato instead of a proper fresh salad, not good value at that price. Still was tasty food and it came quick

usually flawless but this time the fish masala was disappointing. The fish didn't seem to have been freshly prepared, but cooked well in advance, and the masala sauce added. The paratha looked awfully like a tandoori roti and not fluffy.
Also, didn't get any mango chutney or mint sauce. H, SW16

These are my go to guys. Not as big portions as some Curry Houses, but food tastes amazing with good quality ingredients.
