The food came over an hour passed the 'latest delivery time' . The restaurant just said 'well we only have 1 driver who was busy on another job'. The food (when it arrived) was greasy and used poor quality cuts of meat.

I live the good but here but last night was so disappointed I am a vegetarian and they sent me chicken sprung rolls ...but besides that it's great

Chicken dishes were not chicken as I know it. Very weird gelatinous texture. Horrible. The duck pancakes were good but that was all.

Actually one of the best Chinese deliveries in this area as far as chinese food goes... don't expect anything amazing but the half duck wasn't greasy, BBQ Pork buns were very nice, and chilli squid was tasty although a bit soggy.. will order from here next time I want Chinese and I've tried a lot of others!

I've only put poor for service, which is not true, since the food was delivered perfectly well by the delivery guy but I need to put poor somewhere because of a major mistake in the food. There was only one small pot for the banana fritters which normally contains syrup. It wasn't - it was spicy and because of its colour and the only pot there I automatically poured it over the bananas. Not good!
Hiro's is generally excellent, but I've noticed a couple of slippages lately. I haven't said anything about them, but I'm concerned since I generally like their food. Sheila, NW6

We had to wait more than 2 hours after we've ordered, without giving us any update even when we called to check on the order. We've cancelled it but still the driver showed up afterwards asking us if we wanted the food (how about giving some excuses)?!! Received a txt message this morning only to tell us what happened ! Guys you need to work your customer and delivery service, otherwise don't order from them on a Sunday night or you might sleep on an empty stomach!!!

The most delicious Chinese i have had a in long time. The food was hot when it arrived, tasty and really good value for money. This was the first time I had used Hiro but will definitely visit again.

Excellent. Loved the crispy shredded beef with szechuan sauce (not had before). Rice is always nicer than from anywhere else. Everything I had was good. Quick service (to be fair they only live more or less around the corner from me and I ordered early). Delivery was friendly, even on a cold night. (Delivery attitude always goes a long way with me. Non-smiling, grunting, air-of-disgruntlement delivery I find, is a slap in the face.)
