I used to love Hiro. But they're inconsistent. Prawn/chicken dumplings always amazing. Crispy duck not crispy. Sweet and sour pork absolutely awful: chewy and overcooked. Did get free prawn crackers and soy this time though. Usually service is so quick but this time 2 hours and 10 minutes! They may have lost me now. :(
