Driver had to phone to find my flat (this is the third or fourth time I've ordered from them in as many weeks) as it had been incorrectly transcribed. The driver had to call back to the shop as the order had marked as cash payment when I had paid on the site. When I opened the order I discovered that rather than two pieces of chicken with chips, once, they had sent me one piece of chicken with chips twice. From the comments made by the driver it seems they have a new guy back at the shop who messed up.

problems of delivery could not find address eventually after several phone calls I had to direct him to address, food was luke warm and looked in edible.

Unfourtunately, after having 2 x fish and chips ordered with some sundries, the fish was undercooked for both of us. The rest of the stuff wasn't bad but the fish was awful, I think because the batter was too thick the fish just hadn't cooked, it was all wobbly and jellyish! Shame really because that was the main stay of the meal.
