Whenever I have used this service in the past it has been excellent food & service.
However, last evening the sevice took 1 hour. When my order of Honey Roasted Duck arrived it was only just warm. OK so I had to warm it up. When I came to eat it it was a dish of bones, ribs, backbone the carcase of the duck chopped into small pieces Michael, BS5

I live about 3 miles from the 'hungryhouse' and my order was delivered, pipping hot, in just under 25 minutes.
Excellent service. All the seperate items were boxed and well presented. I cannot rate Hotcha highly enough. Would certainly recommend. Definitely use them in the future. Michael, BS5

I ordered my food over the internet, it took a bit of time to find the address (Holiday inn express hotel), but I clicked the "not listed" button and typed it in. I was sent an e-mail straight away confirming my order, then another to say it had been processed. It was delivered within 10 minutes of ordering. An excellent service, very nice food and not too greasy. The duck was left on the bone (an option of "off the bone" would be ideal) and tasted perfect. Very good value for money. Will use again when stopping in Bristol.
