Food is excellent. No doubt about that. Wasn't happy when I saw my kebab though; I asked for salad and garlic mayo... for some strange, unknown reason, I didn't get either?! This is the first time it's happened so I'll use them again, but one of the main reasons I get kebabs, is to eat the next day, when the sauce has soaked into the bread and salad etc. Obviously I couldn't do this. Was gonna phone up to tell them but will tell them next time and hopefully they will compensate me in some way...

Pizzas are regularly excellent, arrive hot and in good time. Have used regualrly for a while, and haven't had a bad one!

I've ordered from here countless times now and although you sometimes have to wait a little longer for delivery than you'd hope, it's worth it. The kebabs and burgers are really tasty. The free garlic bread for spending over £15.99 is a nice touch and is always really good. Pretty decent value for money too, even if they did put the prices/delivery up quite recently.

I was plain DISGUSTED with this order last night.
I ordered at 6.25pm, due time for delivery was 7.15-8.00pm. At 8.20pm I called the restaurant to see if there was a problem. The man I spoke to was VERY AGGRESSIVE AND RUDE, TALKING OVER MY VOICE, he then started talking with his colleagues in another language, THEN he put their receiver on the side. I thought they were contacting the driver, but 20minutes later, I was STILL holding and could hear them all talking!!!! I couldn't believe how he treated me. The deliver turned up shortly after that, very late and the driver apologised, but didnt even look me in the eye and he offered no recompense. The curries were COLD, had massive layers of COLD GREASE on them and the naan bread had gone HARD. Really upset me........ Julie (Ingol, Preston) Julie, PR2

Food hot and tasty, as ever but delivery took far too long, even allowing for a busy Saturday night. This is the reason I've given the 'Level of service' only 4 stars. The fact the takeaway has introduced a £1.00 delivery charge to PR2 addresses is a little annoying, as it was one of not many takeaways to offer free delivery before. Whilst £1.00 is a pretty insignificant amount, on a pure principle level, it's not the best. Anyway, the food is fantastic and that's what counts. I'll continue to order from here whilst they're providing such great tasting stuff at value for money. Next time I order, a free pizza or something for the extremely slow delivery would be a nice touch :-)

Was not nice at all. Popodoms were burned. And my cheese burger was falling apart too much salad and maynoise and the chips were soggy. Would not recommend. Worst takeaway ever. Was not pleased.

Food was phenomenal yet again. No complaints whatsoever. I can't praise them enough for the food, especially the kebabs. Wow. Saved mine until the next day and it was amazing. As long as they continue to produce such high levels of quality and keep the prices the same, I will continue to order from Hungry Eyes. A++++++++++++++++

Pizza wasn't hot and took around 1h to arrive on Saturday night. Good thing though is they refund 2£ AND offered 2 fizzy drinks for Free!
