Quick delivery, arrived in less time than predicted which is always a good thing! The food was piping hot when it arrived and delivery with a smile. I'm always a bit wary of indian cuisine, I was pleasantly surprised. The curries itself had good flavour and not too greasy by grease standards! I would actually order from Ice n Spice again now that I have tried them.

The food was nice but needs to little bit spicy And dal Bhajiya needs to make like Indian style. Rest of are good. Service is good.

Over one and a half hours for a curry? Seriously? The curries were also way too spicy (I suppose I should have been warned by the title of the restaurant), but there could have been some indication of which ones were fiery. The driver did apologise and offer me money off the NEXT order, should I use his company again. Nothing free this time though. I wonder if my starving guests would appreciate that? I shall have to learn to cook curry...If this were a pizza in the US the whole meal would have been free.

I ordered two chicken biryani. One didn't have any chicken while the other had 4 small pieces. Chicken haleem was disappointing.
The driver was late but I can understand part of the reason as there was a game played in wembley. U, HA9

We order from Ice 'n' Spice once a week, and we usually love it.
This time, however, the Karahi lamb was a bit chewy, and the Pilau rice we ordered was regular rice with some fried onion in it. We also usually get a little tub of chilli sauce and/or raita, but didn't this time. We did get a complimentary bottle of Sprite though, and the delivery man was lovely and pleasant as always. I hope this was just a hiccup and they'll be back to their usual brilliant self next week Thursday! C, NW9
