Worse fish & chips EVER-TINY, TINY piece of cod, was looking for the rest of it. Overcooked piece of rubber and at £6.50 Scandalous.

Late - I appreciate the weather wasn't bad but if delivery was difficulty the order could have been cancelled. The person delivering wanted me to pay 40 pence more, which I refused.

The meat items arrived hot and were fine. Onion baji, chipati etc all arrived cold and popadoms were soft as if they were old. The yoghurt with the yoghurt and cucber dish had curdled and gone lumpy. Not very impressed t all.

Order was delivered *late.* We called 20 minutes after the order was supposed to arrive and were told the delivery should arrive shortly. The should have notified us if the delivery was going to be late.

The food: chicken tikka was okay, had some flavor, though it was very liquidy for some reason and the portion was a bit small. The chicken jalfrezi was *very* spicy (and we like hot!), which large peppers cut in half and added in. The chicken in it was in these bizarre rectangular slabs, which we thought were paneer at first.

The paneer dish we ordered was... not to our taste.

The naan and rice were fine.

Overall the food is pretty standard Indian fare in London, somewhat disappointing but serves its function when you're too lazy to cook at home. It is a bit oily as well.

We had ordered kulfi as well but apparently they didn't have it as we were refunded the charge for those when the restaurant accepted our order (though we had to deduce that from the amount of the refund).

Lamb tikka, rice, naan and raitha arrived in the final gasp of the promised delivery period and not much above lukewarm. Overlookable were it not for there being only about seven dryish prune-sized ovine lumps swimming in a vast orange sea. Pale flabby bread didn't give the impression of having seen the inside of a tandoor. Pilau and yoghurt dish both fine, as was the Hungryhouse ordering system on what was my first try. Better luck next time?

being half indian, i love curry, my farther was a good cook and made the most fantastic curry dishes. sadly my farther died last year. so no more of my dads great dishes, however the food i order from the ivory arch is so much like my farthers i certainly will be ordering another curry again, as it reminds me of my dads. i think the service is great, prompt and very polite, im really glad they are near by, so i can have curry any time of the day. nina in kennington.....

I again (second time) got a pistachio kulfi rather than an almond one, howver this time the driver was very pleasant and informed me of this on the door, they were out of stock, did i mind? i couldn't do much but accept it really though. He said next time i ordered i could get one 'on the house'..... i hope this can be true?
My order was really scrummy otherwise and i had a lovely night in after a very busy day. :)

The delivery man buzzed an unnecessarily long time (twice?) at stairwell door and knocked eccessively when at flat door. quite annoying really....

but on a serious note, i ordered an almond kulfi and i got a pistachio one. was quite dissapointed, but by the time i got to pudding he was long gone. :(
