the food was tasteless. it did not have any flavour not like a proper indian meal. the estimated delivery time spanned 55 minutes but the food still arrived late. It's a shame becuase there arent that many halal restaurants and this is definitely a niche in the market that can be exploited.

WHAT A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY & MEAL!! I specifically asked for NO salad at all in any part of my meal...but there was salad with everything plus extra salad in seperate containers! The sheesh kebab starter was burnt, chicken tikka kebab was soggy...i spent 15mins picking out what salad i could. I will NOT be ordering from this takeaway again & don't recommand anyone to order from there either!!

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear you didn't get exactly what you were expecting with this order. I've checked your order and can see that your request for no salad was next to the chicken tikka kebab but didn't mention the rest of the order. It's likely that this is the reason Sugar 'n' Spice included salad with the rest of your meal. Perhaps next time you could mention that you don't want any salad at all with your order. That would most likely prevent you from having to spend time that should be for relaxing, pulling unwanted salad from your food! I hope you managed to enjoy your evening despite this issue. My order came on time, but when delivery driver knocked my door he wanted payment athlough i had already paid via the online system.
With one of my items..i asked for no onions or salad, when i opened the food it had both..therefore my meal pretty much went to waste! Mark, CF11
