The meal arrived promptly and was hot. The assorted hors doeuvres platter was very poor value for money. Just two small triangles of prawn toast, two small chicken skewers, two small ribs and two small spring rolls. Very expensive at £6.50. They forgot to delivery one of our dishes. We rang to inform them and they told us they would send it out and delivery would be 20 minutes. Told them to forget it as the rest of our meal would be cold by then. They sent the delivery driver back to refund the money for the dish that was missing.

Incredibly fast delivery. Probably re-heated in those little plastic containers. Ordered a thai green curry, totally disgusting. Virtually no taste of coconut milk, seemed to have used bayleaves instead of thai basil, red chilies instead of green. So hot that it was inedible. Never again, worst I've ever had.

Good tasty food - better than average. The driver forgot part of our order (genuine mistake - no big deal), but came back as soon as he realised his mistake, without us needing to phone, so I was quite impressed with the service. We ordered the set meal for 3, but there really wasn't enough food for 3 hungry adults - I'd have ordered more if I'd realised. (In the past we've ordered set meals for 2 from Jasmin Garden and there's always been plenty.)

cThe chicken tatsed funny & was very chewy!!! I asked for Satay sauce instead of sweet & sour but surprise, surprise....... I got sweet & sour sauce!! The only reason I did not complain at the time was due to pure hunger!

This was our first time ordering from Jasmine Garden; we ordered the vegetarian set meal, which turned out to be amazing value - something like 8 tubs full of food for £12, plenty for two people with leftovers. Service was fairly quick and friendly, but we did find an extra meat dish inside our box by mistake, which could have been unpleasant for us if we hadn't spotted it.
The food itself was pretty good, but not amazing. The tofu curry and spring rolls were nicest; the pak choi was my least favourite - it was rather watery. Still, excellent value and we will probably order the same again. Anthony, RG1

How disappointing this time... Is it because, for the 2nd time, they are trying to charge me £2 for delivery because of where I live? That's being a bit silly because nowhere on the website does it mention a delivery charge, in fact, it says, 'Free delivery on orders over £10' And, their new Menu also says 'Free Delivery' So because I said I wasn't going to pay any delivery charges, was that why my food was so cold? You were here in plenty of time, that was the only good thing. Sincerely considering not to order from here again... So very very disappointed!
