DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. waited 1 hour 15 minutes after the order was confirmed to be told my order was still being prepared and would take a further 20 minutes. no discount or apology offered - appauling customer

Was smaller portions than last order called and spoke to the manager who was very polite and offered complementary dishes on next order so will order again. Good food good service and in the end good value for money

Jerk was great portions so was the macaroni, mutton curry not a lot of meat and too much bones. Enjoyed the macaroni and dumplings too overall good value for money and nice food :)

as far as service goes this restaurant was very prompt and came exactly when they promised to if not sooner i found the price was well derserved considering the good quality of the food overall i give jerk online 8/10

the food was absolutley horrible,cold hard and overcooked to the point where i was shocked they even sent it out!2 hours for the food to arrive!HUGE let down!

I was very excited that there was a new carribean option in my area and may I say the food was lovely however when it eventually arrived it was cold. I ordered at 5.24pm and my food reached me at 8.08pm. I had to ring the restaurant three times to chase my order and unfortunately my guests were left disapointed. The restaurant were polite but did not really give me much information on the estimated arrival of my delivery. Once again I must commend the food as it was amazingly tasty, but unfortunately cold. It may just be that it is too ambitious to deliver to certain areas.
