Ordered sunday evening. Food delivered cold. Starters were nice but cold and hard. One of the chicken dishes smelled dreadful and tasted awful too, went straight into the bin - maybe leftovers from saturday - just awful. Have ordered from here before and was ok but will not use this anymore.

The food was wonderful and delivery was quick. However, an item from our order was missing (which we suspected from the way the delivery man basically gave us our bag and actually *ran* away.)
I thought fair enough, these things happened, so I called the restaurant direct and was simply told "We don't have it." Fair enough I didn't expect him to pull it out of his backside or anything, but I wasn't even offered a replacement item, a refund on the missing item or credit for next time. I feel a bit ripped-off to be honest but I intend to take it as a one off and I will be ordering from there again because the food was absolutely delicious! M, NW6

Really tasty, was looking for something different to Pizza, Indian, Chinese etc. All dishes were warm when they arrived and the wraps were amazing. Will be ordering again. (Also the best chips we've had from a takeaway by far!)

I had high hopes for Kamil because the menu looked great but, after calling me for directions that I couldn't give, the food arrived cold just as the delivery window was about to close. Also, instead of the sparkling water I ordered, I was delivered still. It's a shame because I think the food would have been great if it was warm.
