I shouldn't really be revewing the Khazana at all, rather the service I received from Hungry House last night. Everything seemed to be progressing well for the first time that I'd used the service, with a confirmation that the meal would arrive at 20:40. Half an hour after this time, I contacted the restaurant directly, to be told that they had received half the order and that HH would be calling back. They hadn't and the Khazana cancelled the order.
I eventually had a call from the owner who explained the situation and re-took my order verbally and moved heaven and earth to get it to us ASAP. He was patient and courteous. In future I will order my meals personally... Robin, CF15

Excellent food as always and quick delivery considering a live out of the area. The Khazana is my favourite Indian restaurant/take-away.

The Khazana's food is always delicious, the service is excellent when ever we go and it has a lovely atmosphere with little booths and candles on the tables. My favourite Indian restaurant by far.

Although meal was delivered within half an hour by a very pleasant driver,the meal was a big disappointment.My chicken biriyani didn't taste of curry at all.....the sauce was bland and seemed to consist of tinned diced vegetables.My husband ate two mouthfuls of his chicken jalfrezi,which was far too hot and spoilt any flavours.I tried to telephone and complain but to no avail,no-one answered.Okay, it was a Saturday evening but how do customers order food if they can't go online?Unfortunately we won't be ordering from here again as we might just as well have put the containers straight into the bin.

Tasty food - arried super quick considering it was a very wet and horrid Saturday night. Will definitely order from these guys again and thought it was much better value than justeat who whack on hefty charges for using your card to pay. Really glad I found hungryhouse as an alternative! Cheers guys.

Thali was ordered. Only four subjees were given. Challanged the order. The resturant gave PR & Nan. Poor service. Need to respond to the customers politely. Must give name when answering the telephone. The channa masala was very much like a sweet curry

Delivery was late, with staff quite rude if anything......but the food was great! Well worth the money. The chef needs to give his front of house staff a kick up the backside. They're letting him down!

Didn't get food poisoning! Always a plus! Food was very tasty and even though the resturaunt is far away from where i live it still arrived on time boiling hot. great meal! Will be using again!

When our usual did not communiucate with yourselves, we tried Khazana instead and now I think we will stick with them. Top quality Indian cuisine !!
