We ordered the "buy any large pizza and get the second free"with a bottle of coke. The Four seasons had no salami and the artichokes had been substituted with green pepper.
The Meat feast had no bacon and we could not detect any beef either. To make matters worse the bottle of coke had transformed itself into a Pepsi en route. Will order elsewhere in future where you actually get what you order. Aidan, KT3

We ordered a pizza deal that came with chips and they forgot the chips which were for my friend. We called up and said they'd send them over in 10 minutes, 45 minutes later still nothing, called again and they said 10 minutes again, another half hour later still nothing, called a third time and they eventually arrived 10 minutes after that. Also our BBQ chicken pizza didn't have bacon on it. Normally have great pizza from here but was very disappointed on this occasion! No real apology or compensation received, was just told they 'were busy'.

THE DOUGH WAS GREASY AND THE TOPPINGS WERE SUB-STANDARD.
THE DELIVERY WAS QUICK EVEN THOUGH ONE OF MY DRINKS WERE MISSING. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN. V, KT1

Got the food delivered in the middle of the estimated time so fine.
Ordered a set menu (large deal) and they forgot to include chicken wings. Ordered a Pepe-Pepperoni and they gave us a Pepperoni Plus Kent, KT6

I loved the taste of the pizza and service was also just in time. Great. I am happy even after not getting the offer I had opted for. I had ordered seeing the offer of "buy one get one free". But I don't know what went wrong they delivered only one. still everything was so good that I am happy with hungryhouse. Thanks
