Ordered the food to arrive at 7:10 and it came pretty much on the dot. Ordered two dishes from the chef's specials, I had never tried either before but they were both delicious and the peshwari naans were excellent. Another perfect order.

Quite disappointed given this was the top rated indian takeaway in my area. The delivery, on a Saturday night, took well over 90 minutes - ten minutes longer than the estimate provided by Hungryhouse. The food when it arrived was tepid, bordering on cold. The impression given was that the restaurant struggled to deal with delivieries at peak times (weekend evenings) - that seems to be confirmed by some other reviews I have since read. The food was a little underspiced for my own taste, but portion sizes were reasonable. I will probably try Kismat again, but perhaps midweek when service standards might be higher.

Excellent yet again; arrived very quickly, piping hot food, and all delicious. If you haven't tried it, try the saag paneer, and I haven't found anywhere that does peshwari naans I like more, neither restaurant nor take away.

Food came very quickly and was very nice. The saag paneer in particular was delicious. My only complaint was that the meal had slightly spilled and the oil that tends to float on the top of the curry had made the boxes a bit messy. Other than that very delicious and I was pleased with my meal.

The meal arrived after hour and half wait, the food was cold and had to put it in the oven, it was very oily and truly disgusting, I will not be ordering from them again
