A bit disappointed this time around. 1 portion of chips missing, dry pickled onions delivered instead of pickled gerkin. Cod very greasy. Ordered large portions got smaller than small portions. YES, I should have rung to complain, but as my wife just came back from the USA after 3 months away, she was hungry for lala's usual fair and was tired so didn't want to make a fuss. I hope this is a one off and will order again but check everything when delivered.

I just love all the food I get here, fast delivery and hot. If they reduced the min order charge to £10 from £12, I would order more often.

After waiting 1 hr for the food to arrive , the saveloy was stone cold and tasted nothing like a saveloy ! The lamb shish was covered in chilli sauce when I requested garlic mayo as I'm allergic to chilli sauce and the lamb was not cubed but rather a cheap overcooked steak that looked cremated. I called and requested another kebab where I was told it would arrive in the next 15 mins but actually I had to wait another hour and what was brought was worse than the first one sent ! I ended up out of pocket and hungry as the food was fed to the dog, which is a shame as the first time I ordered I had the fish and chips that came quickly and hot and tasted great but I don't think I would risk my daughters dinner on this restaurant again.

Food was OK, but donners could have been delivered hotter. The nan bread was extremely fresh, tasty & delicious! Quite fair take away, most likely I'll try it again.

I had ordered from this restaurant before and quite enjoyed the food. Again the fish and chips were awesome. I ordered some sausages I'd never eaten before to try them. They were disgusting!
There was a problem with my delivery too. I'm diabetic and thus don't drink regular pop so had ordered diet, the guy brought 6 cans of regular (I was bulking up the order to get the fish) and I had to insist I not take them, and the guy fairly made it out to be my fault, even though he had it written down as diet. he was a jerk, I won't be ordering again. Huge portions of tasty food but this is their downfall: as a single person, the high minimum cost for an order means too much food. That may restrict ordering again... but I probably will fill out the cost with drinks I can save for later. The fish was perfection, the chips perfectly seasoned, the fishcake delicious and the onion rings the best I've had in a while.
