Ordered pizza and a couple of sides on a Wednesday night - shouldn't have been that busy. It took the restaurant forty-five minutes to accept the order, and then another hour and a quarter to deliver it. I did ring through as we were approaching the hour and a half mark to find out what was going on - "it's on its way" the guy said. No apology or acknowledgement of how late it was. The food did arrive hot, but wasn't anything special. Onion rings were mostly breadcrumbs, and the garlic mushrooms uninspiring, sitting in a lake of oil. We'd asked for the pizza to be half sweetcorn, and half chillies. I guess this was what we got, but you'd think this would mean one symmetrical half with one topping and the other with the second topping; not so apparently. At Leith Walk Kebab and Pizza House, half and half means that half the area is covered with each topping, but that might not all be contained in the same place, and might overlap with the other topping, making it impossible to serve out portions of one or the other alone. Oh, and they got my drink wrong. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, unless they enjoy picking the toppings off of their pizza and reassembling it. Doubt wil I order from them again, unless I have a craving for soggy breadcrumb rings.

Onion rings were very oily with no crunch at all. Kebab was great.
Service was very quick. No sooner had I put down my IPad when there was a knock at the door. If you guys can get the grease out of the rings then you may just take over the world (well Scotland at least) Claire, EH6
