These guys went above and beyond. Problem with the order and had lost my phone so the delivery guy called round to my flat to explain and check my order, then they chucked in extra stuff with the it. Cheers!

Cannot fault these guys. Service is ecellent, if there is a problem with your order they call you instantly and they deliver so quickly. Definitely my favcourite place for pizza...

90 minutes after my order had been accepted the food had still not arrives. I then called the restaurant and they couldn't really come up with an excuse, but my order hadn't been processed.
The guy said it would be with me in 25 minutes and promised to throw in 'something extra' in my order to make up for the error. The food actually arrived 55 minutes later and there were no extras and the drink wasn't the correct one that I ordered. I was not impressed. Gary, NW5
