I am 75% satisfied with this transaction. Food was good and delivery was very fast, I would like to see a better description of the meals because I ordered a "beefeater" pizza, asking for ham, beef, bacon and extra cheddar cheese. The pizza that arrived had 3 items on that I "hate" onions, green peppers and mushrooms. They also did not have garlic bread buy did send me garlic pizza. I will order from them again.

 

We've used London Pizza Experts a few times, and although they're pretty good, recently, the quality and care seems to have dropped. My last two orders were supposed to have fresh basil and fresh rocket on the pizzas, but neither did. Disappointing.

The delivery driver was rude and didn't show any form of respect while providing me with the food. Don't recommend them to anyone, there are other better pizza take aways then this one.

My pizza i thought was going to taste a lot better than i got. My garlic bread was cold when i received it. I had to through half my pizza in the bin because it was covered in grease. Shame it wasn't good quality.

My order was delivered only for me to receive a stream of 6 calls from another deliverer who had an order for a different address. This was followed up by a call from the shop just to make sure I wasn't lying about the fact I'd only submitted one order which I'd already received. I'll be quite unhappy if I end up getting charged for the second order.

Order was correct, food was good, however cold as the man who delivered said I had not paid when I paid via an online secure payment from my phone and he expected me to pay again. He had to ring three people in order for me to actually have my order. I was less than pleased but hope that service in the future will be better.

Excellent pizza, not too greasy and tasty cheese! They forgot one of the 2 cans of drink that are supposed to come with the order though

Slightly over cooked, slightly burn'nt, but still great value for a lunchtime session.Tasty and will definately be using them again.

That was one of the worst pizzas I've ever had in my life. I wish I'd gone to get a frozen one to make myself. Such a rip-off! Everything was cold. The only thing I enjoyed about it was the bottle of 7up. Won't be ordering from the "Experts" again!

Ordered an Experts Dreamer - soggy wedges, wrong pizza, wrong drink and turned up luke warm and as close to the end of the 1h30m delivery window as possible. Driver had me stand on door step for an age whilst he checked I had paid online. Guess this is why people stick to regular tried and tested choices, should have listened to previous bad reviews, won't be using these guys again unless I fancy a randomly chosen, cold & depressing meal.

I have ordered vegetarian and eat lasagna and they arrived an hour after we've placed our order. The lasagna arrived cold, were untasty and there were barely any vegetables in my dish but rather they were covered in fat cream;
