Our food came within the delivery esrimate. Manang were flexible with their menu, enabling me to increase the heat of my curry - and did it well! Great value for money - especially for SW. free accomliments made the meal - chutneys and onion salad that tasted great - not just an after thought.

This is the first time that I decided to try out Manang based on the reviews posted on here. I must say that I was disappointed as the food was just OK. I ordered the meat Momo dumplings which were average but good value (6 for £3.50), I had these with mixed dips which had far too much salt added to them, especially to the mixed onions, which was completely unnecessary.
The chicken Bhuna was actually very good, the chicken was succulent and there was just enough spice to bring out the other flavours in the dish. The big disappointment came in the form of the Peshwari Naan bread which was burnt and as such completely dry, which was a shame as the Bhuna source was crying out to be mopped up with a good sweet Naan. In conclusion the Bhuna was good but the lack of attention of the sides really let the Manang down. With so many other Indian takeaways in the local area I am not sure whether I would order from here again. It is worth noting that the discount for the first order was appreciated and made the take out good value and the delivery was on time. Thanks. Tarrant, SW15 |
