The food was okay but the order came very late (1hr waiting time) so the food was cold by the time it arrived.

The food was incredibly late. Took 40 minutes longer than the absolute latest delivery time which got quoted. The restaurant told me they were late due to the weather being bad (I only saw some rain personally) and the driver said that the other driver's bike was stolen so he had to deliver all the orders. Very unhappy. Ordered at 20:30 and got the food at 22:30. The restaurant is 15 mins away.

The order arrived after the latest time given in the e-mail confirmation. The food was cold and meat was of mediocre quality. Not happy with the service and will not order again.

I have put of rating my order several times cz I am a regular customer at other branches around London. But this time I was disappointed, and u guys need to improve! Firstly, I didn't get my konafa!! U guys could hv called to tell me instead of replacing it with something else. The green beens were slightly over cooked, which made it worse when I re-heated. The mixed grill was good! But in my opinion over priced.
