My second order from Masala Works and it didn't disappoint ~ as before, lovely food and good service :-)

We use this service often so was very upset by our recent experience. Firstly we waited about an hour and a half for our delivery which was really late, then we realized they had delivered the wrong order, I phoned Masala Works direct & it took me a long time to explain the problem as the man on the end of the phone didn't speak very good english at all, he then said ok we will sort it, we then waited about another 50 mins for our order which was incomplete but by then it was 9.40pm & we were starving and couldn't go through it all again. It took well over 2hrs to arrive with OUR incomplete order no apologies no free items for inconvenience nothing at all, very very disappointed

Very good food as usual, can't say anything negative there. Value is great. Free starter is a bonus. Delivery guy nice too and apologised for late delivery (this is when there was a lot of snow so not their fault).

Delicious meal cooked to perfection. The rice was fragrant and fluffy, korma was not too sweet and the balti i could not get enough of. Also a decent amount of meat in each curry. Customer service from the restaurant was excellent too, they called me to let me know they didn't have the dessert i wanted so they sent me 2 (that's right 2!!) cheesecakes as a replacement which the kids were more than happy with. Didn't have to wait too long for delivery and we got a free poppadom starter with onion salad and mint sauce. Will order from them again.

Consistently good food, generous portions and lots of free extras. The combos are particularly good value. Thoroughly recommend Masala works.

Would recommend to anyone, the combination dishes are a favourite in my household!

Great food that arrived in reasonable time and was real value for money.

Cold food and an hour and 30 minute wait. As normal they forgot my extra sauces I paid for. Used to be the best around but customer service gets worse with every order. When you phone they are so off hand its makes you feel like you shouldn't be expecting anything.

Food arrived on time and tasted great...first time I've ordered a curry online... :)

Not much meat in our kurma or tikka masala, food took an hour to arrive. Enjoyed it but it didn't blow me away.

Excellent service, quick delivery. Good quality food at a reasonable price. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Went for the set menu for two; food arrived just within the time window. Starters were all very nice. Main courses were a little sweet for our tastes; the jalfrezi in particular could have been spicier. Rice, naan and poppdums were all good. We will use again but will probably ask for food to be spiced up.

This was my first order from Masala Works and my first using the hungryhouse website. I was impressed with both...the site was easy and quick to use and the meal was very good and excellent value too. I will definitely use Masala Works again.

Really fast delivery, plenty of food but too spicy!
