The food from Masala Zone is great, the thalis are excellent, I just wish that the portion sizes were bigger as it's the only thing that lets this place down...

Not happy with these meal after a recommendation from a family member who had eaten at the restaurant.
I spent over £70 on a large order for a family meal... Masala Zone failed to deliver one of the mains. When I called the restaurant to question this I was put on hold, when I commented that this had ruined our meal as only 5/6 of us had anything to eat the man on the phone flippantly remarked "well, we delivered most of it". After questioning this further Masala Zone offered to give me a free Korma with my next purchase... this is hardly appropriate because I will not be ordering from them again. Furthermore, the food was decidedly average and portions were small. J, SW15

The dishes were great and worked well together. Really amazing value for money. Very spicy and different to your average Indian food. Really great!

As always, I enjoyed the food from Masala Zone very much. Although I normally dine in, I decided to try Hungry House for delivery on this occasion. The big problem I have is the lentils that accompanied the biryani, as well as the chicken samosas, were CRUSHED. The lentils were spilled all over the bottom of the bag, and the samosas looked at though something very heavy had been placed on top of them...or the bag was DROPPED??
