Awful food! There was grit all over one side of my naan bread and it looked like it had been dropped on the floor, I couldn't eat it. The curries were ok tasting, but very greasy and a very poor meat to sauce ratio. The starter tandoori chicken was abysmal - for 3.25 I got a few measly cubes of dry chicken. And the 'free vegetable curry' contained underdone potato and some canned veg in a bland curry sauce.

If this company's aim was to make as much profit of this one order and never again get repeat custom then they succeeded. This was my first order from hungry house and I am extremely disappointed.

My order was almoust an hour late, though it was worth waiting for. Best indian food i ever had. Everything so fresh and tasty. I will order again from this restaurant as also one of main things they offer is set meals. Good job.

The food was good but the free vegetable dish advertised was not given.

 

How was my meal from The Meghna? Well, from an EIGHT item order, only seven items actually arrived, so my dinner consisted of a mixed grill starter, one samosa and a garlic naan. The mixed grill starter was covered in old coriander as was the naan bread. The samosa was barely passable. I called the "Resturant" to find out what had happened to the chicken tikka biryani I'd ordered, there was five minutes of shouted followed by a half hearted offer to deliver the biryani "Later". No thanks. I'm now going to get in touch with Hungry House to get my money back, and no, this time crediting me with the money won't work, I want the money put back into my account (That's after last weeks non delivery due to the fact that I was supposedly out of the delivery area, thanks for letting me know that over an hour after I'd placed the order guys).
