We've been regulars for a long time but this was awful. Initial order took only 25 mins to arrive - missing garlic sauce more than 50 mins more. Main problem was portion size. Sizes been decreasing for a while but new packaging meant that hummus couldn't have been more than 2 tablespoons - def not big enough as starter (more like the freebie starter you might get in a restuarant while you looked at menu) & veggie main course barely covered the bottom of the pack. All food was delicious but would be unsure about ordering again

The food arrived either cold or burnt. They had obviously forgot about some of it and burnt the other by trying to catch up.

I've ordered from this place quite a few times now...mostly because I'm slightly addicted to their hummus and their bread. My favorite is the beiruty one. I also love the castaleta ghanam, which comes piping hot and perfectly seared. I don't like the rice/vermicelli as it's not good. The chicken shish touk is also very tender and the mayo to give with it is excellent. The halloumi stuffed bread was good but a bit too heavy for me. The order normally takes about 45 mins to get to me. The packaging seems to change every time I order but always come packaged very nicely.

Getting worse and worse... chicken used to be very good, tends to be now a shapeless salty mess of low quality meat.... disappointing.

Food was delivered cold. Meat was sparse and very fatty. Overall very disappointed with order. However we was offered a freebie if we order again but I doubt if we will.

We order from here all the time; it's a standard in our house. It's not mind-blowing and the quality isn't always amazing, but the staples are great - delicious hummous, generous pita portions, and tons of variety to choose from. Value is solid and we've never had any problems with a messed-up order. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who just needs some good food for a good price and with reliable service.
