Will never order from this takeaway again!! Was told in a txt from HungryHouse that they did not have the chicken i ordered and to call takeaway which i did to change my order the server told me i could not do this then told me to ring him back when he was not so busy and was extremely rude !! absolutely disgusting customer service in the end he finally decided we could have a pizza in place of the chicken deal as i say never again will i use this take away

my bill was 17 pound i gave him 20 and he didnt av change the food was cold and very burnt i ended up puttin the whole lot in the bin and cookin a meal myself so gutted i had ordered from ere never again they can keep the change they didnt av

NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL ON THE WEBSITE IT STATES THE DEAL WAS £11.99 AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT HAD SUDDNLEY CHANGED TO £12.50 AND IT STATES YOU GET 10 ONION RINGS FOR £1.20 AND I ONLY GOT 8 AND THERE WAS HARDLY ANY TOMARTO SAUCE ON THE BASE OF THE PIZZA I COULD BARELY DETECT WHAT WAS THE GARLIC BREAD AND PIZZA THEY WERE BOTH REALLY DRY NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL THIS TAKAWAY USED TO BE REALLY GOOD GONE DOWNHILL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT OR ORDER AGAIN NOT GOOD!!

Pizza's were great as usual but they got the order wrong and then took an hour to correct it which was pretty poor...

burgers had no salad or sauce, even though i requested salad on both and mayo on one, the chips were cold and like rubber, the chicken meal was burnt and as chewy..
when the meal was dropped off the driver tried getting paid AGAIN even though we paid online, it was a horrible meal, which left us hungry and unsatisfied... Stuart, M22

THEY SENT A CHEESE BURGER INSTEAD OF A BEEF BURGER AND THEY CHANGED IT BUT WE ORDERED AGAIN THE NIGHT AFTER AND THEY DID IT AGAIN WHICH WAS UNACCEPTABLE BUR THE FOOD WAS NICE AND ARRIVED ON TIME
