We've ordered from Ming Chef a few times and have received variable quality of food. There have been a few times where the food has gone almost straight in the bin, this happened again last night so won't be ordering from here again.

As always the food was excellent,delivered quickly.My request was actioned without fault,I asked for curry sauce instead of cantonese on the hong so chicken(recommenced). In my opinion it is the best chinese take away in Manchester. keep it up chaps

Great !!! We like chinese but rarely order takeaway because it is disappointing. Our daughter insisted, and how glad we were we ordered from Ming Chef. Banquet for two with half duck and extra salt and pepper squid and a chicken chefs special. Too much for four, and really, really well prepared. This place is a find !!!!

We were recommended this takeaway by a friend. When the delivery driver turned up, he wouldn't get out of his car to the bring the food to us. We ordered fillet steak in hoi sin sauce, there was no mention that this contained cashew nuts and my boyfriend is allergic so he couldn't eat it. The salt & pepper combo was over cooked and very bland. The crispy duck wasn't fresh.

As usual, with chinese food, we ordered too much! The meal was brilliant and delivered with amazing speed. This was our first time from this restaurant but definitely not our last.
