I ordered chicken balls and received chicken fritters!!. My chicken chow mein consisted of noodles with onions & chicken and nothing else (wasn't best pleased!!) only good thing about the whole meal was the sweet & sour sauce Not sure I'll be ordering from them again in a hurry - sorry :(

Took over an hour and 25 minutes to arrive. I ordered lemon chicken and received the smallest serving of this dish I have had from any Chinese takeaway. The special chow mein had next to meat in it. Do not use. Awful service, awful food.

Food was great, arrived just ten minutes after statement minimum delivery time and the driver was friendly. Will definitely order from here again

I Only Say That Because They Messed Up My Order And Forgot One Of The Sweet n Sour Hong Kong Style

 

I didn't receive the chicken wings with my delivery order. Very poor service and highly would not recommend to anyone.
The driver didn't have a clue if money was paid or not and i had to tell him that i paid online. Wasted my 10 minutes standing outside in the cold while he tried phoning the manager to confirm whether payment was made or not.
food was requested to be extra spicy but i don't think it was.

Food was great. Shame I didn't get the 20% that I was supposed to through Hungryhouse...

Delievery took 1hour and 30mins which i think is terrible

Awful service. The delivery person forgot our address, calls and yells on the phone saying we gave wrong address. Delivers food grumpily. BAD FOOD. Horrible smell in the Thai Chicken curry. The Singapore fried rice was nothing like what it should be. The prices are so low because the food is so pathetic. I suggest noone orders from here! Terrible saturday night food.

My order arrived in good time. However the food tasted mediocre at best and I have had crippling stomach pains since about an hour after eating from Ming's. Will not be ordering again.

Have had food from this place before so no issues there, but 1 hr 20 mins for delivery, not good.

I've ordered from Ming 8 times in the last few months. I would maybe like some loyalty reward system.

Do not use this takeaway. We waited an hour and a half for poor quality food and the driver forgot half our order! No apology for the delay or order mix up or service was offered. Worst Chinese food I've ever had!!!

The best thing in the meal was steamed rice, so go figure!
