The order took over an hour and half to arrive. The order was not picked up by Mint for half an hour after we ordered it online. Once it had been processed they had to ring me 6 times to finalise the address. After we were told they had sent the order out for delivery it took them 45minutes to deliver the food (they are 10 minutes up the road) which was then cold.

Been ordering from mint for some time and the quality of the food has compensated for other problems such as late deliveries, excessively early deliveries (when I'd specified a time because I wasn't home), and incorrect orders (although this has largely been when I've collected orders). Recently, the quality of the food has been hit and miss - with emphasis on the miss. Won't be ordering from them anytime soon which is a shame as was one of my favourite restaurants.

A good idea for hungryhouse to be able to get the order to us qucker than we expected. Having purchased from 'Mint' before we are used to the standard of the food and its quality. The order was taken and the meal delivered within the time stated on the order. An excellent Idea to to be able to order online knowing that 'hungryhouse' will take care of it. It also takes tha hassel out of phoning through the order and there being a chance that something is heard correctly, which then means part of the order being missed. Good job, enjoyed the meal and would order again through 'Hungryhouse', cash on delivery!! spot on.

Great food as usual but no meat in the Keema Naan, wish they did the spicy potato and garlic mushroom starter as a main because it is FANTASTIC

Tandoori King Prawn, £9.95. Contents = 2 prawns and a few onions. Awful. Third problem with this restaurant either under-delivering or leaving me feeling short changed. A shame as the quality of the food itself is pretty ok... 3 strikes and your out I'm afraid - happily not short of Indian food options in Birmingham.
