Tarka dal was thin and fusty tasting - didn't touch it after the first taste and I normally love the stuff, and the naans had sweated a bit as they were foil (over) packed and folded, but that's nothing that a couple of minutes in the oven wouldn't fix if you were expecting it. Staff were very good and the value was actually pretty good for an Indian, but pricey compared to eg a Chinese, so marked that as fair. Rest of the meal was good, and will use them again.

We have had food from Mirchiz several times, and it has never ceases to amaze me the high standard of food for such a low cost. The food is absolutely exquisite. The service is usually excellent, although on this occasion unfortunately, the food arrived early, the delivery person rude, and we were overcharged despite us pointing out the price online. This certainly isn't usual though, and I strongly recommend others to try the food here. Therefore, we will still order from them in future.

Our food was delicious but the price on Hungyhouse wasn't what we were charged when we went to collect. On Hungry house the price was shown as £14.25 but we paid £15.85. Something's wrong somewhere...

Response from hungryhouse: Hi Vanda, Sorry to hear that there was a change to the price you were told when ordering online. We do always confirm the prices you expect to pay when the order is confirmed, so I don't understand how this was not picked up. I am going to get our account management team to give the owner a call straight away. They will check whether there have been any price alterations, and if so get the prices updated immediately. As an apology, hungryhouse will put £2 credit on to your member account to cover the cost of the mistake. This will be automatically deducted from your bill the next time you order and pay with card.
