food was good and they did not take long to deliver

The delivery took over an hour beyond the estimated delivery time and food was lukewarm at best but I've allowed for that being further away than I realised. But quality of food, especially the pizza was excellent. Maybe I will have to think about moving nearer to the estabilishment!

All the order was wrong.

The delivery came really late and he was angry because he thought we gave him wrong address, because we live in Blackberry Hill 61, The Hollies which is actually on Quarry Way, but the website had this separated and correct. So, this became a bit annoying. Especially when the delivery guy had a really bad mood when he arrived.

They failed to complete the order as the two portions of chips were not included. They had left before I discovered this but they never contacted me either and rest of food would have been cold by the time they brought them. Shame I won't be using again solely for this reason as the pizza is actually good. Unless I were to get refund for their mistake.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra toppings. It's such good alive for money. Order was delivered within 30 mins - BRILLIANT Highly recommend these guys!

I was rather skeptical when order here, or from hungryhouse in general due to my lack (and my friends lack) of experience with the service. However, I was pleasantly surprised.
The menu was well organised, full of variety and offered a wide range of meal deals.
I ordered the meal deal consiting of a 1.5ltr of coca cola, chicken wings, potato wedges and a bbq pizza. They were well packaged and arrived piping hot. I was especially pleased with the pizza as there was a choice of bases and there was ample topping! Also a warning to anyone thinking of order the chicken wings - they're spicy!!
The only downside to the service was the delivery time. It took just over an hour for my order to arrive (though it was a Saturday evening, so its kind of understandable.
Overall, the food was tasty and a good value for money. I shall definitely be ordering from MIS again!

Had to call outlet 15mins after deadline to find out where food was, food finally arrived 30mins late, the whole kebab, salad and sauce had been microwaved to reheat, making it inedible, the seafood pizza arrived cold and without anchovies, not as advertised, chicken nuggets were ok, but as these were the only thing edible not worth the £13 spent

The kebabs and wings we ordered were great! We'll order again for sure.

The pizza and chicken burger were delicious, however the chips were of a poor standard. Would definitely order from M.I.S pizza again though :)

Best nuggets I've ever tasted! Delicious Pizza (omg this pizza base!) The best Kebab on site so far!
