Thought it would be decent after reading positive reviews on hungry house before ordering. Pretty much a disappointment, felt like money has gone into drain, again! Food wasn't hot and fresh enough. Speed was alright. Portioning was DISASTER. Ordered chilli squid but got a grand total of 3 squids size of your finger out of the whole box! So, you should judge. Also, ordered lamb madras, with ~6 pieces of lamb size of a dice!

The food was awful, will never order. If you order the paneer butter masala, then dont bother ordering any dessert, cos its that sweet. Please avoid

Our food was 2 hours late, the delivery man couldn't give a reason for this. The food was cold, and not even what we ordered. When we called them to ask where our food was, the man on the phone said hello and then ignored us answering another phone call. AWFUL

Although the food was tasty, unfortunately it was almost cold and was delivered nearly 15 minutes outside the given times. That is despite a notice of 1.5 hours. Even when I telephoned 10 minutes before the time was up, it still took almost 25 minutes to bring the order.

Took 2 hrs to arrive. The guy was really nice but not really aware of how annoying it is when food arrives so late! I did include extra directions and instructions on what to do if lost but they didn't follow them. They could have at least phones us to ask.
Good quality was really poor. Although a decent level of spice/heat, it was clearly bastardised for the English pallet, rush cook (massive chunks of only slightly cooked onions eg), no depth or colour. Was like mushy baby food. C, SE1

Good local Indian, wide menu and some interesting and unexpected dishes on the menu. Great value and freebies thrown in. Really enjoyed the food.

After waiting for two and a half hours for the food (they originally missed the order), we then had to leave the house and go and find the delivery man who somehow couldn't find our door number (despite us never having a problem before) and ended up right at the other end of the street. At this point we weren't too bothered as we were expecting a reasonably expansive meal having spent £15 on two set meals, however these far from met expectations. The quantity of food was a fraction of what would normally be received for this money and the food was luke-warm at best. Plus, the free vegetable side dish was essentially merely grey liquid with the occasional lentil. This review may sound overtly negative but it is nothing but the truth!

Food was really nice but felt the portion sizes were small compared to other restuarants I've ordered from.

A lifeline after a houseparty, Monsoon delivered, on time and with a smile, an array of delights - all varying completely in tastes and textures and billed to range from Nepal to Goa. Excellent value and an excellent standard of freshly cooked food, with fresh, whole spices busting with authenticity. A definite hit for us!

Bland, tepid food, delivered slowly (after the maximum stated time on the confirmation email). It was fairly cheap I suppose. Won't be trying them again.
