The quality of the food was ok still more sauce than meat. Unfortunately, Monsoon are not competitive with price. I had a lovely curry the weekend before and for the same price as Monsoon, I got 2 poppadoms, mint and chilli sauce, then my main and bread. I dont think I'll order again from Monsoon.

Have used monsoon several times now, and the food has always been spot on. Have tried several other local take-away curry houses, but Monsoon has proven to be the best quality I have tried in the Erdington area.

The food was lovely, i got exactly what i ordered. Came in about 45mins so not bad at all. Will definately order from here again!

i ordered fron monsoon for the very 1st and last time. ordered some food for my husbands birthday and we were very disappointed. Never had such bland food in my life, i'm not a very good cook but even my cooking tastes better than that. sorry to be so blunt but the truth has to be told, waste of my money. my 7 and 9year old who don't fuss normally didn't want to eat it. SERVICE WAS VERY GOOD, FOOD ARRIVED ON TIME AN HOT, BUT WE DID NOT LIKE A SINGLE ITEM THAT WAS ORDERED.

This is the first time I have used this restaurant.
When the meals arrived I thought they looked like good sized portions. Unfortunately this was mainly sauce. Two dishes that both needed more of the main ingredient, in my case prawns and lamb. I'd rather pay a little more and get more meat etc rather than all the sauce that padded it out, most of the sauce ended up in the bin.... what's the point. Starters were also a little on the small side. Real shame as the meals were very nice, have a rethink about portion quantaties Monsoon, you had a chance to win a new Customer but with so much choice out there, I'll try my luck somewhere else next time.
