The food took 75min to arrive and the delivery guy didnt seem apologetic at all. The food itself was poor, th duck was chewy and hard, the chicken chow mein and beef in black bean had no taste and the egg fried rice tasted unlike any egg fried rice ive had before the only way to describe it was dirty. I wouldn't recommend it Mr Chan's even though it is relatively cheap.

Great but not great. We ordered two of the meal boxes for dinner last night. While the food was tasty and excellent value for money the experience was let down by the awful packaging the food came it. Instead of the usual container used by Chinese takeaways they used containers usually used for burgers and chips. They do not hold the sauce in at all and when taking out of the bag it was swimming in liquid which in turn ended up all over us. The containers were in paper bags that were sodden and quite frankly disgusting. As a result our meals had very little sauce left on them and were a bit on the dry side.

The chow mein lacked flavour and spring role was extremely greasy also the crispy beef was not very crispy.
Overall a poor quality meal although the price was pretty cheap. N, NW6

A mix of some nice food and some quiet dry food (fair). The delivery time was good, but the delivery driver not so great (fair). Overall okay for the price (good).

Prawn toast and chicken satay were really nice but unfortunately our other dishes weren't very nice. You do get a lot for your money though

A very good meal from Mr Chan's. It was the first time we have ordered from there and would certainly order again.
Food arrived within 30-40 mins, all food was hot and recently cooked and we got a free bag of prawn crackers and 2 cans of Fanta. Crispy aromatic Mongolian Lamb was an interesting and delicious alternative to the usual duck, and not badly priced. Prawn and sesame toast was good, though the spring rolls lacked life. Noodle portions were very generous - although we did order large - and were very well made. Singapore noodles had just the right amount of spice, and the chow mein was tasty too. All in all, an excellent meal and not over expensive. Nick, NW11
