I have never ordered from New crystal before, and I probably won't again. My food arrived cold, and I had more fat on my kebab than actual meat. So much so that it ended up in the bin. Chips arrive soggy and garlic mushrooms were the worst I have ever had in my life. Sorry New Crystal but it's 1 out if 10 from me?

Food was Luke warm I ordered a super mixed kebab which stated lamb shish was in it it wasn't very low poor quality of food. I paid £11.50 for cold food and the wrong kebab. I won't be using you again sorry.

Food was cold and was very disappointing. Was the first and will be the last time we order from this one.

I was very disappointed with this order.. it was tasteless and not very nice. There was a lot less than normal and hardly any salad. I was not happy to find that a card surcharge had been added even for a debit card. I can understand a credit card but this was not justified.
I have been a regular customer of new crystal up till now but won't use them again

All the food was great except the chicken nuggets

lad forgot the drink but was quick to go back and get it. lamb shish tender

Terrible food, kebab was the only half decent meal. Rude on the phone when I rang asking why they hadn't yet delivered the food ordered 1 and a half hours ago. Avoid if you can.

Was overly hot when it arrived unfortunately.

Food arrived cold, chips heated in microwave, missing a donor kebab and the salad and sauces were wrong, and calling them was no help at all, and didn't even bother, to even attempt to send me another one, USELESS DON'T BUY

the food arrived with 1 minute to spare, the chicken was over cooked and burnt,both doner meats were at most warm, the chips were lukewarm and under cooked, i requested no onions but got onions. I have used the takeaway for a number of years and driven home from there and it has always been very edible. I will not be using them ever again

ordered food today. when arrived was missing a burger, phoned new crystal and was told it was not there problem!! Man was very rude an did not care my daughter wouldnt eat now! i use this take away weekly and always poor service... NO MORE.. BEWARE!!!!!!

Food was great. Realy big and good portions. The order was exactly how i asked, will order next time for sure. Many Thanks

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from new crystal as previously was good I received a call from them about 45 mins after the order to ask where I lived even thought they have delivered here before and when they did arrive the food was Luke warm and so soggy that we didn't even eat the chips, I'm very disappointed by there service oh yeah and when they delivered the food they asked me for payment again even though I'd payed via hungry house. Very dissatisfied

i had no salad and no sauces in my burgers so they were a bit dry .. if it says i should have done a note to each burger then im taking it back all good.. nice pizza ( not much salami ) but all good.. thank you... i would order nextime as well
