This month we are rolling out a few new features to the site that we think will make the site more enjoyable to use - especially for regular customers. With features such as “Likes” and “my notes” we have streamlined the ordering process.

We are always working on innovative ways to help make ordering simpler, so think of these as the first in a series of new features that will be rolled out over the next year.

The new features are only available to members, so that we can store their personal favourites against their account. If you’re not a member yet then SIGN UP, it's free, it takes only a few minutes and it means that you won’t have to keep putting in those details every time you order!

Liking items and restaurants

So you've just discovered an amazing menu and you don’t want to forget them for next time, this new feature is for you! Liking a restaurant allows you to easily mark and search your favourite restaurants. Now when you search for a restaurant you will see a small  icon. Simply click the icon for the restaurants you would like to find easily in the search results. You can see a list of all your favourite shortlisted restaurants by clicking "only show restaurants I Like" when searching. These restaurants will also appear with the icon in your regular search results, making it easier than ever to get your favourite food fast.

You can also like specific items on a menu. This can be done from your order history or your notes.

Order History

There are also some new exciting features in your order history. One new feature is the rate and review button. For those of you not used to the rate and review system and how it works -  it couldn't be easier.

Rate and Review is an open and honest system in which neighbours help each other find the best takeaway in town. Our partner restaurants check their review pages frequently, so your feedback can
really help them get better.

First click on your order history and if you have yet to leave a Review on the order, click the to rate your order on service, quality and value. There is also a box to write a full review.

Each week we choose one standout review to be awarded Review of the Week. The winner receives a £25 credit to put towards an order from any of our partner restaurants, plus gets a red ribbon posted next to their review.

Another new function here is that you can reorder previous orders. Click on your previous order and you will see a box with all the items you ordered. Here you can reorder items or full orders again. You can also like specific items, so that you can quickly order them anytime you come to the menu.

Now ordering your favourite items should take only seconds! You can reorder and like items from orders within the last 6 months.

My Notes

There is a new box just under the “my order” box on the right side of the page labeled "My Notes". From here you can like a restaurant, like items or write a note about anything you like.

You can keep personal notes on how amazing the sweet and sour chicken was, how the crispy duck is to die for or even how handsome the delivery driver is.

It’s important to know that these notes are different on every single menu page, these are personal notes and will not be seen by the restaurant or anyone else, they are for your eyes only.

You can also reorder your past orders from the "my notes" box.

Password reset

The last change we made is for members that have forgotton their password.

If this happens to you, simply visit our reset password page. We'll generate a new password and email it to you.
