Usually Noiya is very good but last night the curry arrived luke warm and completely spilt all inside the bag it arrived in.

The lassi was nice but placed next to the curry so ended up warm by the time it arrived and delivery was longer than expected. But the free papidoms were nice and food was generally good but slightly cold

Food arrived on time, and was delicious. Although it is expensive- £7.50 for a standard Korma.

Speed is not everything when it comes to food. But one hour and thirty minutes from placing the order to delivery is simply not acceptable. The restaurant is just 2 miles away. You can walk it in 40 mins! Food was OK, but enjoyment of the meal was ruined by the wait. 20% off 'first time buyer' discount seemed great value, but only encouraged us to sample an experience we won't want to repeat.

An hour and a half after ordering I rang them 2ask where the food was. They were very unapologetic and said there had been a problem with their computer and only just seen my order (even though they had confirmed it). Then they said it would be another half an hour so I cancelled it. NOT FAST FOOD

Just what was needed on a miserable afternoon.. Good wholesome food. Driver was smiling even though he was drenched by the rain. Perfect service with a smile.

The food was ok. Both sauces for a Korma and Biryani was very similar colour and texture: blended soup-like and lacked a bit of flavour and texture. Not bad but a little disappointing.

Placed order at 18.10 on Friday evenng and given estimated delivery of 18.35-19.40. When it hadn't arrived by 19.50 I phoned them, and it became evident that they'd lost/fogotten about my order. I was promised the delivery would be made within 20 minutes. It eventually arrived 30 minutes later. I've used Noiya frequently for some time, but they seem to have become really unreliable recently, and I doubt they'll be keeping my custom.

Our order arrived with no white rice (curries but no rice?). The mango lassi was placed in the delivery container next to the hot food so it arrived HOT. ugh.
The curries was only average in spice flavors and very oily. The food satisfied the craving for Indian takeaway but not much else. M, SW7

The food wasn't delivered in the window provided. Had to make two phone calls to chase them

I stopped ordering from Noiya after a few mediocre meals, however I took the chance and had another go, prompted mainly by the half price mid week offer!! Food was back to its excellent standard, dishes piping hot and full of flavour, bread was also excellent, and delivery well within the time stated and driver even cracked a joke.......welcome back Noiya :0)

Food was prompt, good quality (not oily) and still hot! Free popadoms, salad and dip a nice touch. Would definitely buy from Noiya again.
