My experience of NY Palace Pizza was a very disappointing one. I ordered food at 17.34 and received confirmation that my order had been accepted at 17.39 and would be with me between 18.00 and 18.50. At 19.00, the food had not arrived and I had not received any correspondence from NY Palace Pizza advising that the food would be late, so I called them. I was informed, by a very dismissive male employee, that my order 'was ready to go' and would be with me in '5 minutes'. At 19.10 I called a second time and was told '2 minutes'. At 19.18 the food arrived.

I had ordered a chicken kebab and received a chicken tikka kebab, and the 'salad' that came with it was literally just lettuce - lettuce that in my opinion was not fresh as it had wilted and changed colour from a fresh green to a dirty brown. The only positive was that the food arrived hot.

All in all, I do not feel I have had a good experience with NY Palace Pizza and would not recommend their service or their food to anyone I know.

The pizza was average but the service was terrible. The delivery man made me leave my house to pick up a third of my order and made me wait another half an hour for my drink and my microwaved chips. I didn't receive any form of compensation for his errors and an apology had to be deciphered as he didn't seem to be proficient in the art of communication. Incompetence made my experience bad causing my appetite to desert me.

First time ordering from here as we fancied a change. Food was ok. Pizza came crushed in the box and the man seemed relluctant to take it back. So we put up with it... Only a few were crushed so we managed. Kebab wasnt as hot as we would of liked but it was nice enough. May order from there again but may not.

1st order placed , i would highly recomend great service food was loverly to eat and nice and hot will be useing again

I have place an order twice now with NY Palace Pizza and i have to say the food was excellent as well as the service on both occassions, the first time took 30 mins to deliver which for a saturday night was good, the second time which was around 7pm took under 20 mins.
The food was very well cooked and hot, and not a hint of grease! all in all very very impressed all round. I will be using NY for the foreseeable future and would recommend this takeaway so someone using for the first time.
