Food was delivered much faster than expected which was much appreciated. Food was very nice and satisfying. The cost of which was higher than I like but probably quite similar to other chinese these days. I will use them again. Thank you.

The food was beautiful. It arrived on time and all of it was pipping hot! It was cooked to perfetion. Exellent value for money and the ordering process was hassle free!

Order was received at 7.20 food delivered piping hot at 7.50 on a Friday night. The food was really good and we received a free bag of prawn crackers which the dog gave the full paws up! I have to say that the curry sauce and the salt and pepper chicken wings were exceptional everything else we ordered was as expected. The service and pleasantries of the delivery guy was exceptioinal, all in all a top take away that we will order from again and a top taste experience. Thank you hungryhouse.co.uk.

first time i have use oriental star but my order arrived in 20 min pipeing hot my mixed grill was not as advtised but it was 23.45 on new years eve but was still very taste and i will use them again

It was really easy to order on the hungryhouse site but I was disappointed with the meal - it was nearly
cold! It arrived just in plastic containers in a plastic carrier bag - no insulation at all - and it was a cold night so even if it was hot when it left the shop, there was no chance it would stay hot on the journey to my house. I threw one of the dishes away (shrimp fried rice) as both prawns and rice can be a serious health hazard if reheated, which just left the other dish (crispy chilli chicken) for 2 of us - I reheated it in the microwave, which made it a bit 'soggy'. Perhaps you could suggest to the takeaway that they get something to insulate the food during the delivery journey? Pam, BB1
