Food seemed really well cooked, had to wait nearly two hours for it though. Not enough prawns in the ginger prawns and the chilli chicken was fantastic!

The ribs had no meat on at all. The sweet and sour chicken was beautiful and the chicken in black bean sauce was amazing. Chips were very cold. Chicken vermachelli was great. Overall was a good meal however would need convincing to eat there again or recommend.

It took over 1 hour and a half for the food to be delivered and this was not helped by an unhelpful man on the phone whose customer service skills were appalling.

I asked for certain veg to be left in but when it came there was loads and barely any noodles so I didn't eat much and chips were soggy. Spring rolls are very good and they left the egg out as requested.

Iordered Chow Mein Noddles fromOrientalWok,not really sure what to expect.I estimated an hour extra on top of the promised delivery time would be necessary but I was pleasantly surprised when the food came at the appointed time,and it tasted really wonderful.Iwould definately be ordering from them again soon and I strongly recommend this place.Hopefully this isnt a one of thing,i guess time would tell.

It seems that the quality of this place is hit and miss. Even though the food arrived extremely quickly and the delivery man was very polite, the food was terrible. I had ordered from Oriental Wok in the past, and I was very pleased with the quality of the food - it is getting increasingly hard to find a decent Takeaway, especially if you live in Hyde Park. However, my last order was very disappointing. While last time the ribs that came with the combi starter were of an OK size and rather juicy, this time around they resembled tiny overdone scratchings that, moreover, you had to try hard to locate any meat on them. The same with the ribs in s/s sauce - the coating was nice, but all there was there to bit was fat (not to mention that it didn't look anything like ribs!). This is really a shame, as I was hoping I had finally found a good Chinese takeaway!

Oriental Wok forgot part of my order (prawn crackers), when i phoned to find out where it was, the person on the other end of the phone told me i hadn't ordered prawn crackers, after a bit of an argument he finally admitted that I had ordered them and that they'd be with me soon. 30 minutes later I phoned to find out where they were and was told to "give him a minute", he then hung up. I phoned again, "give me a minute" and hung up again. 3 more times this happened until he told me very shirtily, that he was busy, I said, could you please stop hanging up on me and tell me where my food is, at that point it was delivered.
poor customer service poor communications, he kept asking me to give him a minute, not that the food was on it's way leading to confusion and dissatisfaction on my part. I certainly won't be using Oriental Wok again, whether i use this Hungry House service again remains to be seen. Very dissappointing. Grant, LS4
