The food arrived about half an hour later than indicated. The rang to confirm directions to us, this should not have been necessary when we are only 10 minutes away and technology has given us satnav. We would rather have been told earlier that our meal would arrive late. The food could have been hotter.

The quality of the food was very good although I ordered a garlic naan which was more garlic than bread - far too over bearing! The food arrived right at the latest time specified which I thought was a little bit too long to wait given the order was acknowledged immediately by them - an hour and 20 minutes from ordering to delivery.

Response from hungryhouse: Hi Sarah, Sorry that you were disappointed with the speed of delivery of your order. Unfortunately, many of our partners had problems with delivery times on Sunday because of the wet and windy weather. Takeaways find that in such bad weather, they can get twice as much business - and their delivery staff then become over-stretched. We are going to get in touch with the owners of all of our takeaways to ask that if bad weather does hit their service, they at least keep customers informed of realistic delivery times.
