Hungry House got the prices very wrong. My order was supposed to be £5.00 but ended up being around £9.00.

Food quality is good, but the level of service leaves a lot to be desired. My order was delivered 1 hour and 25 minutes after they accepted the order (35 minutes late). The bhel puri & the samosas were totally soggy like somebody had packed them a whole hour ago. The taste of the food is good but if you order from these guys, be prepared to wait. Preferably, order a day in advance.

This restaurant is quite expensive but the menu looked very interesting so we decided to try it. Unfortunately, by the time the food arrived - we had orderd it at 8.30 and were given a latest time of delivery for 9.40, although we had ordered for asap. At 9.00 I called to let them know that my home phone number had changed from the one on the website, but was brushed off and told that the "food was on its way to you". Well ok then. At 9.30 we called again and again were told that it was on its way. At 10.00 we called AGAIN and asked what was going on and said we were concerned that our food was going to be cold. we asked for the number of the driver and the chap promised to call back (despite not having our new home number). After 5 minutes we called again and this time got the drivers number and was told that if the food was cold to send it back and they would reheat it. At this time we were seriously considering cancelling the order. Then we called the driver who said he had been to our address and we hadn't been in. We directed him to our home only to find that they had printed the address wrong on the delivery note ! At this time we were so hungry we took the food and microwaved it ourselves. Sadly £42 down with reheated food overshadowed what could possibly been an excellent meal, however we will never know as we have vowed that we shall never order from this restaurant again.

Meal was great ... really good value for money and the quality of the meal was excellent ... order arrived on time, and the food was absolutely delicious ...
Had some friends over for dinner, and they loved the food as well ... will definitely order again ... P, TW9

Great food - quite spicy but some original dishes. Would definitely recommend.

Delivered 15 mins early and that wasn't the only pleasant surprise. Food was extremely tasty and fresh - with 2 pappadums and all the side sauces thrown in for free. Will definitely use them again.

Good service and a tasty curry, but pretty expensive for a takeaway. Would opt for dining in next time.
