The best Thai takeaway I've had ever by far - giant portions, really fresh, I definately recommend the chicken satay, pad kee mao and peking pork dumplings

Having ordered a few awful take aways online recently (not through hungryhouse) I was beginning to come to the conclusion that doing so is a waste of time and money. Then last night I ordered from Paya. The food was top rate, it all tasted really fresh and was delicious. The delivery was also a lot sooner than I expected and the man who delivered was really friendly and cheerful. I live quite far away and it was with me within 40 minutes. Altogether very impressed and am very glad to have found somewhere at last that I know I can gat a great meal from. The my only slight disapointment is that it is a little on the expensive side, but I think it's worth it as an occasional treat.

Food arrived very quickly, was very warm and tasted great. So far the veg in the special fried rice has always been fresh which hasn't been the same in food from other places I tried before. Excellent stuff is Paya's!

Good portion size but the egg fried rice wasn't very nice, not a lot of egg!

Fantastic taste I really liked the Thai Red curry with gigantic king prawn, the delivery arrived within 45 minutes and the food was piping hot. I will recommend for others.

Food arrived 40 minutes late. I call the restaurant and they lied to me saying the food left the restaurant 1h ago. I asked, Would the food be cold then? and they said it shouldnt.. it was cold indeed.

Absolutely disgusted with this order. The food took over two hours to deliver. When I tried to call to find out where the food was there was no answer. When it finally arrived it was 22:45 and FAR too late to be eating a big meal so I ended up throwing most of it away. I really feel some compensation is in order for such a disgraceful service. Will never be ordering from them again.

the food arrived 10min later than the latest time they stated, thus I was waiting an hour and half for my food with that said the food that I orderd came steaming hot which is rather refreashing in the land of take away. On the whole would order from them again when I am not in a rush to eat.

my son is 12, I hadn't been able to look after him for a while because I have MS. Paya takeaway made our evening together very special. Thanks. We both really enjoyed our meal. The vegetables were fresh and very crunchy, just how I like them, the sweet and sour chicken was crispy and the meat was good, didn't taste like that rubber stuff you get sometimes at other takeaways.... rice was sticky like it should be and the seaweed tasted as healthy as crispy seaweed could be.... After my last review about never being on time my very next order was 20 minutes early.
I can especially recommend the prawn toast, very thick layer of minced prawns on top! Gavin, SE27
