The food I had received today was one of the better quality I've had in Reading for a while, the only bad point is how long the order took to arrive... Way to long. If they could sort the delivery time, would be a perfect place to order from.

Well they totally missed one portion of item ordered and they mixed up my burger for a wrap and i still had to pay the same amount for the whole meal even with the missing item.

Food was excellent however, they adjusted the time back 30 mins - fine i can deal with that, but were then an additional 40 minutes late beyond that. When I rang they just said 5 mins and hung up.

Good main meals, bought ribs to top up the order to qualify for delivery and they were awful.

Service was appaling. took more than hour for my order to arrive. and when the driver gave me the order he didnt even apologise for late delay. and when i rang the shop twice that where is my order. they always said that driver left the shop 5 minutes ago. he will be with me in 2,3 minutes. and when food arrived. it wasnt fresh at all. though it was hot but wasnt fresh. specially tje chicken piece. one chicken piece's skin was very lose like it's been done by a illeterate child rather than a proper trained adult.
Not impressed at all. and i am never ever ordering either from hungry house or Perfect Chicken ever again. Muhammad, RG1

Order went to kitchen at 6pm with ASAP delivery ETA no later than 7.05pm. Eventually arrived at 7.30pm. Nice to have a central web ordering site, shame about the experience from Perfect Chicken

I have ordered 20 spicy hot WINGS but it turned out to be 20 pieces of DRUMSTICKS!
I felt so disappointed as I want chicken wings but not drumsticks. Other than that the taste of the chicken were good. Joyce, RG1
